The Resistor JelTone, The (Mostly) Edible Mini Piano
The jello version, made for the Gowanus Studio's Jell-O Mold Competition, and also shown at the Solid Sound Festival.
The fruit salad version.
Both were creations of NYC Resistor (a Brooklyn hacker collective) members Astrida Valigorsky, Ranjit Bhatnagar, Mimi Hui, and Catarina Mota.
Much more interesting information (including how to build your very own deliciously organic piano at home!) can be seen at Thingiverse.
